Bringing wet AMD into focus

At the 4FRONT of wet AMD research

The 4FRONT studies (4FRONT-1 and 4FRONT-2) are clinical studies conducted by 4D Molecular Therapeutics, Inc. for an investigational gene therapy for the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD). Learn more to see If you or someone you know with wet macular degeneration qualifies to participate.

What are the 4FRONT Studies?

The 4FRONT studies are being done to see if an investigational gene therapy called 4D-150 can help treat people living with wet AMD. 4D-150 is given once as an eye injection. It is intended to reduce the number of anti-VEGF eye injections needed to treat people living with wet AMD.
