What are the 4FRONT Studies?
The 4FRONT studies are being done to see if an investigational gene therapy called 4D-150 can help treat people living with wet AMD. 4D-150 is given once as an eye injection. It is intended to reduce the number of anti-VEGF eye injections needed to treat people living with wet AMD.

For people who have been diagnosed with wet AMD but have not yet been treated for wet AMD in the affected eye or have been diagnosed with wet AMD within the past six months and have not received more than four injections for wet AMD treatment in the affected eye.
